General holiday rental conditions

Reservations are made effective by an advance payment of 40% of the rental price (€100 minimum) within 72 hours. The reservation will be automatically cancelled in case of non-payment within this delay.
The rest of the payment shall be made when receiving the keys on the date of arrival.
You will be required to pay a deposit upon arrival. The amount will vary according to the property (€300 / €500).
We will make an appointment before your departure to check the conditions of the property and return your deposit.
According to Decree 5/2012 dated 20 March, a tourist tax of €1 per day and person over 16 must be paid upon your arrival, with a maximum of 7 days per stay.
Upon arrival, you must pick up the keys at the offices of Escalacenter between 4 and 7 p.m. Sundays and holidays to be consulted.
Any arrival after 7 p.m. must be notified as soon as possible, and may incur in extra expenses.
On departure day the property must be cleared before 10 a.m., and the keys returned to the agency. The property must be left clean and tidy.
In case of cancellation, you must notify us in writing by email. Once we receive the email, you will receive a cancellation form to complete and submit. Escalacenter will process the refund based on the email notification date.
All cancellations will incur in the following penalties:
Up to 60 days before arrival date, 10% of the deposit plus €80 cancellation fee.
Between 59 and 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the deposit plus €80 cancellation fee.
Under 30 days before arrival date, 100% of the deposit
In the event that, for unforeseen reasons and not attributable to Escalacenter (fire, flood, sale, etc.) the accommodation cannot be occupied, Escalacenter reserves the right to provide a replacement property with similar conditions or higher, or, if the client so wishes, reimburse the paid amount.
No pets allowed.
The maximum number of people staying in the property is stated in the contract.
After arrival, you have 24 hours to point out any problems or defects you may encounter.
Tenant(s) agree to comply with the rules of the property, especially those regarding the use of the swimming pool and common areas.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights Act 3/2018 dated 5 December, and with the General Data Protection Regulation Act 2016/679 (RGPD), the LESSOR agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any data contained in this contract The obligations related to confidentiality established in this agreement shall remain valid for the duration of the contract.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights Act 3/2018 dated 5 December, and with the General Data Protection Regulation Act 2016/679 (RGPD), you are hereby notified that your data shall be maintained for the period of time ae set forth by law. According to the rights granted by the current legislation regarding data protection, you may access, modify, limit the processing of, eliminate, transfer and contest the processing of your personal data, as well as the consent given to process said data, by forwarding a request in writing to our postal address or email.
